Welcome to Pornpop ("Platform", "Service", "we", or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

1. Service Overview

The Service allows Users to upload photos or video material and, through AI-based processing, generate animated clips, transformation videos, or similar multimedia output ("AI Output").

2. Eligibility

  1. You must be 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority where you reside, if higher) and legally capable of entering a binding agreement.
  2. You represent that you are the actual person depicted in any content you upload, or that you have obtained valid and explicit permission from the individual(s) shown.

3. Accounts and Security

  1. Certain functions may require creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all actions taken under your account.
  2. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

4. User Content

"User Content" refers to any text, photos, videos, audio, data, or other materials that you provide through the Service.

4.1 User Warranties

By submitting User Content, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content or have obtained all necessary permissions;
  • The content does not violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
  • The content complies with the content rules outlined in these Terms.

4.2 License to the Platform

You grant Pornpop a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to store, process, transform, and generate derivative AI Output solely for:

  • Providing and improving the Service;
  • Ensuring security, troubleshooting, and internal auditing;
  • Model refinement and system optimization.

We do not sell, publicly distribute, or share your source material or AI Output with any third party unless required by law or explicitly authorized by you.

4.3 Prohibited Material

You agree that you will not upload, generate, or share content that:

  • Involves minors (anyone under 18) in sexual or explicit scenarios;
  • Contains identifiable individuals without verifiable consent;
  • Promotes violence, exploitation, hate speech, or public harm;
  • Is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or violates rights of others;
  • Breaches local or international legal standards.
If you choose to create explicit or adult content of yourself, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and for risks associated with sharing, storing, or publishing such content.

5. AI Output

  1. AI Output is automatically generated and may contain imperfections or unexpected visual results. We make no guarantees regarding realism, accuracy, or usability.
  2. AI Output may occasionally produce sensitive or undesirable results. You acknowledge and accept these risks.
  3. Subject to applicable fees and compliance, you are granted usage rights to the AI Output created for you, excluding the underlying software, models, or technology.
  4. You are solely responsible for how you use, share, publish, or store any AI Output, and you must ensure full legal compliance.

6. Intellectual Property

  1. All rights to the Service, including software, algorithms, branding, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of Pornpop or its licensors.
  2. You may not use, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, or exploit any proprietary assets without written authorization.

7. Fees and Billing

If the Service includes subscription plans, credit packs, or pay-per-use pricing, you agree to pay the applicable fees displayed at checkout.

Except where legally required, payments are final and non-refundable.

7.1 Non-Refundable Policy

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including:

  • Unused credits or subscription time;
  • Unsatisfactory AI Output;
  • Technical issues that do not prevent general access to the Service.

Once credits are consumed to generate AI Output, the transaction is considered final.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or compatibility with your intended use.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, reputation, or opportunity.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pornpop and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions related to:

  • Your use of the Service;
  • Your User Content;
  • Any misuse, illegal activity, or breach of these Terms.

13. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or pose a risk to the platform, users, or public safety.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
